Nicolas Lepretre is a highly experienced technical expert specializing in electric vehicle charging solutions. Currently serving as the Technical Expert for EVCS at Ecotap B.V. and CTO of Ecotap since September 2022, Nicolas oversees research and development and manages diverse teams focused on electrotechnical, mechanical, and firmware development. Previously, as a Project Development Coordinator at Bticino from January 2019 to August 2022, Nicolas managed multicultural teams across Germany, China, and France, handling embedded system projects from specifications to production. Nicolas began their career in embedded systems at Legrand from September 2011 to January 2019, where responsibilities included developing charging station systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Early experience includes electrician roles at Bouygues Energies & Services and building electrical work during internships. Nicolas holds an engineering degree in embedded systems from ESIGELEC and has a solid academic background in electrotechnics.
