Safa Kocer is a Site Manager at Ecorus, overseeing the construction and health and safety compliance for a 103.5 MWp Solar Power Plant in the Netherlands since February 2024. Previously, Kocer held the position of Site Manager at Intec Energy Solutions, managing a 45.6 MWp Solar Power Plant project and working as a Site Engineer on a 20.25 MWp Solar Power Plant Tracker System in Spain. Kocer also served as a Research and Development Engineer at Arçelik Global, focusing on certification processes for washing machines and washer-dryers, ensuring compliance with international standards. Earlier experience includes a role as an Electrical Grid Operation Engineer at Boğaziçi Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş., where responsibilities included optimizing electricity distribution processes and managing field operations. Kocer holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and has studied at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
