Jay Bleier is an experienced Engineering Construction Manager at Ecoplexus Inc., overseeing engineering and construction processes since March 2022. Previously, Jay held senior roles at Lacy Construction Company and Olsson, managing projects and engineering activities from October 2020 to October 2020, demonstrating strong leadership in civil, geotechnical, and structural design. Jay's career also includes project management at Alfred Benesch & Company, engineering management at Chief Buildings, and civil/structural engineering roles at Zachry Engineering and Abengoa Solar Inc., contributing to massive projects such as the $2.1 billion Solana Project. Jay established foundational skills at Facility Engineering Associates and through Bleier & Associates Engineering. Jay holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver.
