Tyler Bump is an accomplished professional in urban and regional planning, currently serving as a Partner and Project Director at ECONorthwest since April 2019. With a solid background in economic planning, Tyler held the position of Senior Economic Planner and Economic Planner at the City of Portland from July 2011 to April 2019. Additionally, Tyler gained international insight as a Visiting Scholar in Sustainable Development with the European Commission in 2014. Earlier experience includes roles as an Analyst at Strategic Economics, Project Planner at Progressive Urban Management Associates, Research Analyst at ArLand Land Use Economics, and Workforce Specialist at Jefferson County. Tyler holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on Community and Economic Development from the University of Colorado Denver.
