Snow Zhu is a Senior Associate at Economic & Planning Systems, Inc., specializing in land use policy, real estate development, and public financing since January 2019. Previously held positions include Graduate Student Fellow at Terner Housing Innovation Labs, focusing on housing affordability and sustainability from January to June 2023, and Senior Analyst in Research Operations at Acumen, LLC, where research supported healthcare and social policy initiatives from August 2016 to January 2019. Early research experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Center for Community Innovation at UC Berkeley and a Student Assistant at the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics.
