Bill Brodginski is the Chief Program Officer at the Economic Opportunity Program, Inc. (EOP). Bill has been with EOP for over 22 years and has held various positions within the organization, including Deputy, Child Care, Program Director, and Social Services Specialist. In their current role, Bill oversees and operates the Child Care and Family Development Divisions, financial and program development and monitoring, Maintenance and Custodial Staff and function, IT, and agency oversight. Additionally, Bill is responsible for overseeing and operating the Child Care Division and the agency’s Family Development Credential (FDC) Academy. Bill also oversees and operates the Child Development Head Start Program and supervises the Social Services Service Area of the Child Development Head Start Program to meet Head Start Performance Standards.
In addition to their work at EOP, Bill is also an adjunct faculty member at Elmira College. Bill has been teaching at Elmira College for over 7 years and 11 months.
Bill Brodginski has a Master's Degree from Elmira College in General Management which they received in 2009. Bill also has a Bachelor of Science from State University of New York at New Paltz in Music Therapy/Therapist which they received in 2006. Bill has also received an Education from Central Connecticut State University in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services in 1990 and University of Connecticut in 1982.
