Monique A. Sheppard is a Senior Advisor at Econometrica, Inc. since August 2010, focusing on company-wide business development. Monique has served as the Director of Health since September 2011, overseeing over 15 projects within the Health Group, including significant work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Indian Health Service, and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, along with various subcontracts. Previously, Monique held the position of Deputy Director and Senior Program Director at the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation from December 1999 to December 2010. Monique earned a PhD in Health Policy & Management from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and a Master of Science in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Georgetown University School of Medicine.
