Anniken Astrup currently serves as Fagsjef og advokat at Econa since November 2022. Prior to this role, Anniken held various positions at Advokatfirmaet Føyen from August 2001 to November 2022, including Partner, Senior Lawyer, and Legal Associate, focusing on labor law matters for both national and international clients. Anniken began their career as an Executive Officer/Advisor at the Ministry of Church, Education, and Research from August 1998 to June 2001. Anniken holds a special subject degree in Employment from the University of Oslo (UiO) and has studied at both the Institut d'études francaises pour étudiants étrangers and Vågsbygd Videregående skole.
