Pascal Wicht serves as a Strategic Designer & Manager at SICPA since January 2023, focusing on supporting strategic design efforts in various departments and enhancing government collaborations. In academia, Pascal is a lecturer at ECAL University, teaching the Creatives Futures module, and at HEC Lausanne, instructing on Sustainable and Ethical Business Models with an emphasis on strategic foresight. As the founder of Whispers & Giants, a design research studio, Pascal explores transformative ideas in response to complex societal challenges. Previous roles include lecturing at IMD Business School and CREA Genève, and serving as Creative Director at ENIGMA SA, where strategic foresight and design research were central. Earlier experience includes innovation consulting at Binary Cargo and creative direction at ENIGMA prod SARL, with a focus on market analysis and emerging trends.
