Solomon Watne is an accomplished IT audit and management professional with extensive experience in both leadership and strategic roles. Currently serving as Director of IT Audit at Ecolab, Solomon leads the IT Audit function and implements risk assessment methodologies based on established frameworks. Prior to this position, Solomon held several key roles at Medtronic, where contributions included directing IT workforce effectiveness, managing IT business and vendor management, and leading corporate IT audits. Solomon's earlier career includes significant positions at Walmart, Jefferson Wells, Pentair, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Pella Corporation, and John Deere, establishing a strong foundation in IT controls, compliance, and business intelligence. Solomon holds a degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Northern Iowa.
