Katie Gaynor serves as the VP of Ecolab Enterprise Solutions for Global McDonald's, focusing on delivering comprehensive solutions for cleaning, sanitation, and food safety across international markets. With extensive experience at Ecolab since 2009, Katie has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Accounts for McDonald's and Vice President of RD&E for Quick Service and Food Retail Services. Prior to joining Ecolab, Katie held key account management roles in the paint and coatings industry with Alberdingk Boley and Dow Chemical. Katie earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
