Bhavik Shah is an experienced technology leader with over a decade at Ecolab, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Engineering within Ecolab Digital. Shah's extensive background includes strategic leadership in software engineering, where responsibilities have spanned the entire product lifecycle, from design to support. Notably, Shah has built and managed high-performing teams, overseeing diverse groups of over 250 individuals to drive digital innovation. Prior roles include Director of Software Engineering and Senior Development Manager, with a focus on cloud migration and agile methodologies. Earlier experience at Epic as a Software Developer complements Shah's strong technical foundation, supported by a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
