Ann Schwichtenberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical change management, quality assurance, and process improvement across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Technical Change Management at Ecolab, Ann spearheads the deployment of global strategies for change control, focusing on regulatory compliance, quality, and operations. Previous roles at Ecolab include Engineering Manager for Process Capability Improvement and Quality Manager for both Contract Manufacturing and internal supply chain operations. Prior to Ecolab, Ann worked at 3M in various engineering and quality management positions, contributing to significant process enhancements and quality system implementations. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is an active member of the Dodge Nature Center Board of Directors, serving in multiple leadership capacities.
