Bart Kolman has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2004. In 2004, they worked as an Accounts Receivables for TKB (Trust Krediet Beheer B.V.). In 2005, they worked as an Investment Advisor for Velthuyse • Mulder Vermogensbeheer. In 2006, they backpacked around the world and worked as an Assistent Manager Allround for Wilsumer Berge. In 2007, they worked as a Sales Executive Regional for Ricoh Netherlands, and in 2008 they worked as an Account Manager for DPG Media. In 2009, they worked as a Sales- and Accountmanager for Syncasso. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Customer Relationship Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager for Alektum Group. Finally, from 2022 onwards, they are working as a Customer Success Manager and Sustainable Account Executive for Ecochain Technologies. In their role as Account Executive, they are responsible for convincing manufacturing and processing companies of the value of Ecochain's software and specialist knowledge, which help to measure, share and improve the ecological footprint of products.

Bart Kolman has a diverse educational background. Bart began their studies in 1993 at Thorbecke Voortgezet Onderwijs, where they obtained a Havo degree with a focus in English, Dutch, German, Mathematics, Economics and Business administration. In 1999, they attended Deltion College, where they earned an MBO+ in Commerce and Marketing. Bart then went on to attend Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Marketing Management in 2006. In 2013, they attended NCOI Opleidingen, where they earned a BSc in NIMA/SMA Sales-B Verkoopleiding. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in NVI basis from the Nederlandse Vereniging van gecertificeerde Incasso Ondernemingen in 2020, Resultaatgericht & Klantgericht incasseren en Inzicht in de insolventie van incasso from the Credit Management Instituut B.V. in 2019, and Emergency response officer basics from BHV Nederland in 2021.
