Jennifer Chan is currently the Head of Research & Strategic Insights at ecobee. Jennifer manages a team of researchers and leverages consumer-centric data to drive future strategies for Product and Marketing. Jennifer has a background in market research and insights management, having previously worked at Labatt Breweries of Canada, Research Strategy Group Inc., and Northstar Research Partners. Jennifer holds a degree in Science, specializing in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences from McMaster University.
