Jaime Bishara has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They have most recently worked as a Senior UX Researcher at ecobee since April 2023. Prior to this, Jaime worked as a UX Researcher at TELUS Digital from January 2022 to April 2023. Jaime also gained experience as a User Researcher and Format Expert at Format from September 2015 to December 2021. In addition, they participated in the Remote Year program from June 2015 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, Jaime held marketing roles at The Globe and Mail from June 2011 to June 2015 and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Bishop's University from September 2009 to June 2010.

Jaime Bishara has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in International Business and Economics from Bishop's University. Additionally, Jaime has pursued studies in International Marketing at ESSCA Budapest. Furthermore, Jaime has completed courses in Web Development, specifically focusing on Intro and Advanced HTML, CSS, and Responsive Design at Juno College of Technology. Lastly, Jaime has also taken an Intro to UX Research course at UX Research Toronto.
