Aman Nazari is currently working at ecobee as a Technical Support Specialist II, where Aman is the first point of customer contact for support via phone, building rapport to effectively address customer inquiries. Prior to this role, Aman worked at Funtown Splashtown USA as a Counter Associate, providing exceptional customer service, managing technical issues, and improving inventory management. Aman holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Khazar University, as well as certifications in Google Project Management and IT support. Aman is currently pursuing a Cyber Security Analyst diploma from Lighthouse Labs.
