Sosthene Gouthon possesses over 16 years of experience within the Ecobank Group, currently serving as Group Manager Finance MIS (B.P & A) at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated since April 2017. Holding an MBA in Finance and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Sosthene has a proven track record in financial management and technology integration. Key achievements include the successful implementation of the FLEXCUBE core banking system for the group and overseeing financial consolidation and reporting processes. Previously, Sosthene held roles such as IT Head Group Finance Manager and Co-Project Manager for various initiatives, including anti-money laundering and SAP implementations across multiple countries. Sosthene has demonstrated expertise in managing complex financial systems and enhancing operational efficiencies within the banking sector.
