John Pacle has 13 years of work experience in the field of engineering. From November 2021 to the present, they have been working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at ecoATM Gazelle. Prior to this role, they worked for Mitchell International for 13 years, starting in August 2008 as a System Engineer and later transitioning to an Information Systems Engineer 3 in February 2016. Their employment at Mitchell International ended in November 2021.

John Pacle attended Morse High School but did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study. In addition to their high school education, they have obtained several certifications in the field of technology. In August 2019, they became an Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate. In February 2020, they obtained the Amazon Web Services DevOps Engineer - Professional certification. In March 2020, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification. Their most recent certification, obtained in March 2022, is the Certified Kubernetes Application Developer from The Linux Foundation.
