Steve Deutsch currently serves as the Director of Impact Investments at ECMC Group, overseeing a $250M venture fund aimed at enhancing access and outcomes for underserved learners in postsecondary education and employment. Prior experience includes the role of Investment Principal at Motorola Solutions and various positions at Waterstone Management Group, where responsibilities ranged from Analyst to Manager. Additionally, experience includes a Venture Analyst and Data Analyst position at Sandbox Industries, as well as an internship in Business Incubation. Steve Deutsch holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Psychology from William & Mary.
