Jennifer Freeman is a dedicated academic with a focus on education policy, currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the University of Pennsylvania from 2020 to 2024. In addition to serving as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education since September 2020, Jennifer holds the position of ECMC Postsecondary CTE Doctoral Research Fellow at ECMC Foundation, starting in March 2020.
