Jaleesa Williams has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Eclipse IA since October 2020. Prior to this role, Jaleesa worked at GEODIS for five years, progressing from Talent Acquisition Advisor to Sr. Talent Advisor in Freight Forwarding, where responsibilities included conducting strategy sessions, managing recruitment for international markets, and implementing diversity programs that significantly increased veteran hires. Jaleesa's earlier experience also includes leadership and management roles at Preferred Personnel Solutions and positions at the City of Lauderdale Lakes and Florida State University. Jaleesa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Florida State University.
