Troy Sullivan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, quality improvement, and process management. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at eClinical Solutions since January 2021, Troy is responsible for enhancing global operational processes through value stream mapping, efficiency improvements, and the establishment of metrics aligned with industry standards such as ISO and Lean-Six Sigma. Previously, as Manager of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Carestream, Troy developed a culture of operational excellence using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Troy's career also includes significant roles at IDI Billing Solutions, Eastman Kodak Company, Xerox Corporation, and National Integration Systems, with a strong educational background in Information Technology and Engineering Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and Monroe Community College.
