Tracy Redoblado-Pamparo has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Tracy has worked as a Talent Acquisition Delivery Lead at Eclaro since 2016, where they manage day-to-day operations and coordinates with clients and stakeholders to meet their demands. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Marketing & Sourcing Specialist at Expert Global Solutions from 2014 to 2016, where they developed marketing and sourcing strategies and implemented recruiting and marketing plans. Tracy also has experience as a Recruitment Associate at StarTek from 2012 to 2013, and as a Sourcing Associate at Accenture from 2011 to 2012, where they conducted prescreening, validation, and scheduling of candidates.

Tracy Redoblado-Pamparo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Far Eastern University, graduating in 2011.
