Ramona Grauzinis has extensive experience in human resources. Ramona started their career in 1984 as an Assistant Vice President and Personnel Director at First Chicago Bank. From there, they worked as a Director of Human Resources at Delta Communications, where they designed and led the HR department. In 1993, they became a Vice President and Regional Human Resources Director at First of America Bank Corporation, responsible for managing HR in the North Central Illinois region. Ramona then joined U.S. Bank in 1995 as a First Vice President and Regional Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR in Illinois and Central Wisconsin. Currently, they serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Ecker Center for Behavioral Health, where they are responsible for HR strategy and policies in a mid-size nonprofit mental health center. Throughout their career, they have been involved in talent management, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and compensation.
Ramona Grauzinis has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago. Ramona completed this program from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management from the University of Illinois Chicago, a four-year program they completed from 1979 to 1983.
In addition to their formal education, Ramona Grauzinis holds a certification in SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Ramona obtained this certification in December 2021.
