Shlomo Nessim has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Shlomo started their career at Tadiran Telecom as a Hardware Design Engineer in 1984 before moving on to Motorola Semiconductor as a Systems Design Engineer from 1988 to 1991. Shlomo then worked at Racal-Redac as an Applications Engineer and Technical Support from 1992 to 1993. From 1994 to 1997, Shlomo worked at Dialogic Corporation as a Customer Engineer, specializing in Computer Telephony boards. Shlomo joined Telcordia Technologies in 1997 and held two positions: Senior Tech Support Engineer and Product Test Engineer, where they provided technical support to clients and developed and executed test plans for new and existing features. Starting in 2009, Shlomo worked at 4D Security Solutions, Inc. as a QA Team Lead and later as a QA Lead. In this role, they served as the Technical Lead and primary contact for the company's security system, responsible for diverse environments such as international borders, utility plants, and military installations. In 2016, they joined ECI Technology, Inc. as a Software QA Engineer. Overall, Shlomo has a proven track record in quality assurance, technical support, and engineering roles throughout their career.

Shlomo Nessim attended Tel Aviv University from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a focus on Computers and Communications.
