Logan Guess is currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at ECI Group since September 2024. Prior to this role, Logan held the position of Vice President of Portfolio Management at Waypoint Residential from April 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing a multifamily portfolio in the Southeast valued over $1 billion and developing investment strategies. Previous experience includes serving as Real Estate Asset Manager at DWS Group from August 2013 to April 2021, overseeing a $130 million portfolio of retail assets, and holding various analytic roles within real estate asset management. Logan began a career in finance as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank, focusing on collateralized loan obligations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.
