Hedayetul Jannat Zerin currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Human Resource Development at ECHOTEX LIMITED since October 2023. Prior to this role, Hedayetul held the position of People Operations Specialist at Strativ AB from March 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included fostering a data-driven culture, coordinating recruitment phases, reducing time-to-hire, conducting employee onboarding, and managing training initiatives. Hedayetul also researched and implemented a new benefits plan and provided guidance on employee relations. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Executive in Human Resource Development and Human Resources Development Executive at Northern Tosrifa Group from November 2015 to April 2022, focusing on performance management and KPI design. Education includes an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from American International University-Bangladesh, currently in progress, and a degree from International University of Business Agriculture and Technology obtained in 2015.
