BriAnn Gibson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Talent at Echoing Green since August 2023. Previously, BriAnn was a Recruitment and Selection Consultant (Manager) at Edgility Consulting, where responsibilities included screening candidates, managing relationships throughout the hiring process, and analyzing selection metrics. BriAnn's background also includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Associate at KIPP Delta Public Schools, focusing on sourcing strategies and outreach for diverse candidates, and teaching elementary math and coaching robotics with Teach For America. Additionally, BriAnn worked as a Special Projects Manager for Kode With Klossy, promoting coding skills among young girls. BriAnn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from The University of Memphis.
