Josef Falk has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Starting in 2000, they worked as a Software Developer for Xpedio AB, followed by a role as System Developer/Consultant at Cubicfoot AB. In 2006, they were a Developer for InformAsic, and in 2008 they became a Management Consultant for BearingPoint. In 2010, they co-founded Skillbird Ltd. and in 2013 they became a Partner, Solutions at Cose AB. In 2014, they were a Business Intelligence Consultant for Enfo, and in 2016 they became the CEO/VD of Claremont Information Management AB. During their time at Claremont, they grew the business from 3 consultants to 16 consultants in 1½ years. In 2018, they were the VP Strategy and CEO/VD for Echo State AB and in 2021 they became a Member of the Board of Directors for Last People Standing AB.

Josef Falk attended Chalmers University of Technology from 2002 to 2008, where they earned an M Sc in Industrial Economics and Management. From 2004 to 2007, they also attended the University of Gothenburg, where they completed M Sc level studies in Political Science. In 2005, they attended National Chiao Tung University to study Mandarin Chinese. Additionally, they have completed self-study courses through Autodidact University and The School of Hard Knocks.
