Shaikh Masum possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Unit Manager for Accident Benefit Claims at Echelon Insurance since March 2021, after progressing from the role of Senior Claims Examiner. Prior to this, Shaikh held various positions at TD Insurance from October 2014 to February 2021, including Claims Specialist/ADR Consultant and AB Claims Analyst. Shaikh's career began at Intact, where responsibilities included Accident Benefit Claims Adjuster and Auto Physical Damage Claims Adjuster from February 2007 to September 2014.
