Michaela Blom is an experienced professional in CRM and data analytics, currently serving as the CRM and Analytics Manager at ECDI - Economic and Community Development Institute since August 2020, after previously holding the position of Program Data Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Patient Access Representative at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from October 2016 to August 2020, and a Big Data Intern at UPS Supply Chain Solutions for a brief period in 2017.
