Mike Walzl currently serves as Vice President of Talent Solutions at ECCO Select since October 2024. Prior to this role, Mike held several key positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Clarus Group from September 2015 to October 2024, and Divisional and Regional Vice-President at GDH Consulting from September 2011 to September 2015. Mike's experience also includes roles at Kforce, where responsibilities spanned from VP of Delivery and Business Development to Market Vice President across various states, and as Branch Manager in the Consulting Services Division at Robert Half International. Earlier in the career, Mike worked as an Independent Recruiting Consultant, aiding clients such as Williams Companies and General Electric, and began as an Account Executive at TEKsystems. Mike holds a degree from Missouri State University, attended Bishop Miege, and has extensive expertise in talent acquisition and operational leadership in the technology and staffing sectors.
