Irena contributes to the success of the company by defining the strategic objectives of the organization and planning the growth of the company. She is involved in key decisions that help the company position itself as one of the leaders in the technology training industry.

As CFO, she is involved in the company's financial planning - analysis, forecasting and cost optimization. She finds solutions to business problems by working with her team.

She continually seeks to improve Eccentrix by working on several projects that aim to position the firm as a leader in certification training for recognized industry brands - Microsoft, EC-Council, CompTIA and PeopleCert.

Having been involved in the business since 2015, she has been mentored by professionals and learned how to implement the key elements of a successful business.
