Steven Babcock is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience at ECBM Insurance Brokers and Consultants since December 2005, where roles have included National Transportation Practice Leader and Senior Account Executive under the ownership of Charlie Bernier and Matthew Mullen. Babcock has also served as AVP of Transportation, focusing on carrier relationships and team leadership as the Senior Account Manager and Construction Team Leader, overseeing the Commercial Construction Book of Business. Additional leadership includes membership on the State Board and Philadelphia Chapter Board for the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association since January 2024. Prior experiences include roles as Account Executive at Commerce Insurance Services and Account Manager at ECBM, along with a position as a Producer at Allstate Insurance Company. Babcock holds a BS in Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
