Jocelynn Penzes currently serves as Head of Operations for both North America and Canada at Ebury, a position held since January 2018. With ongoing responsibilities at Commonwealth Foreign Exchange as Operations Manager since May 2016, Jocelynn plays a key role in client on-boarding, payment process implementation, and office expansion efforts. Previous experience includes a decade at Western Union as Senior Trader Support, where Jocelynn managed a team and served as the main liaison for corporate inquiries in Canada and the US. Additionally, Jocelynn worked as an Education Coordinator at Soft People Inc from 2002 to 2005. Educational background includes an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from George Brown College, along with studies at the University of Toronto and Northern Secondary School.
