Nicolette Szécsényi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-manager at EBS Public Transportation BV since July 2011, following a role as Senior HR advisor. Prior to this, Nicolette worked as an HR advisor at Arriva Public Transport from 2006 to August 2011, focusing on HR policy implementation for the Waterland location. Nicolette began HR career as an HR assistant at Connexxion from 2000 to 2006, responsible for managing the recruitment and retention of professional drivers across three locations in North Holland. Earlier experience includes serving as a management assistant in maintenance at NZH from 1985 to 1999. Nicolette holds a degree in HRM Personeelsmanagement from Hogeschool NCOI, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
