Volodymyr Zosimov is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law. Currently serving as a Lawyer at EBS since October 2020, Volodymyr specializes in the relocation of expatriates, company registration, and liquidation processes. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Legal Alliance Company, where responsibilities encompassed providing full legal support for Ukrainian offices of an international pharmaceutical corporation, analyzing promotional materials, drafting contracts, and preparing legal conclusions on diverse issues. Additionally, from May 2004 to August 2018, Volodymyr held the positions of Deputy Director and Legal Adviser at Garant Inform Service, focusing on consultancy in tax, corporate law, M&A operations, and judicial trials. Volodymyr Zosimov holds a specialist degree in law from the Academy of Municipal Administration, completed in 2004.
