Sophia Skoda is an accomplished finance professional and engineer with extensive experience in the public sector. Since 2006, Sophia has held various key positions at EBMUD, including Finance Director, Treasury Manager, and Sr. Civil Engineer. Prior to joining EBMUD, Sophia served as Vice-President at Bartle Wells Associates from 2000 to 2006. Sophia holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 1993 and 1994, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, completed between 1990 and 1993.
