Tatiana Lopez is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Administrator at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI) since October 2022. Prior to this role, Tatiana worked as a Recruiter at Huge, managing the full recruitment cycle for various tech and digital design positions using the Greenhouse ATS. Tatiana has also held the position of Culture & People Lead at Cafeto Software, where responsibilities included developing culture strategy, IT recruitment, and internal communications. Earlier experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition specialist at TQ Confiable - Tecnoquímicas, focusing on recruitment for production and strategy roles.
