Pedro Alvarado is a seasoned professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Experience at Entertainment Benefits Group since February 2017. In this role, Pedro leads teams focused on Customer Success, Quality Assurance, Online Reputation, Operational Optimization, and Operational Training, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service in collaboration with a BPO provider.
