Richard Bradshaw has over 17 years of experience in leadership roles within the recruitment industry, currently serving as CEO of Ethos BeathChapman in Asia since July 2016, where Richard leads the growth and success of six offices. Previously, Richard held the position of Managing Partner in Europe, significantly contributing to the expansion of EBC's presence in London and Amsterdam. Richard founded CONNECT, an Ethos BeathChapman company, in 2019, focusing on enhancing managed services through AI and Machine Learning. Prior experience includes a decade at Hays as part of the Executive Leadership Team, specializing in financial services headhunting and achieving various awards for individual and team excellence. Richard's academic background includes degrees from the National University of Singapore, INSEAD, the London School of Economics, and the University of Bath.
