Mark Wood is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in project services and business transformation. Currently serving as the Practice Lead for Project Services at Ethos BeathChapman since April 2024, Mark previously managed the Financial Services team at M&T Resources, focusing on project delivery within the banking and FinTech sectors. Mark's earlier roles at Ethos BeathChapman included building and leading the Product practice and managing business transformation and change initiatives. With a strong foundation in IT recruitment from positions at PRA and Clear Business Solutions, and an early career at TSAP, Mark has a comprehensive background in sourcing talent for various business-focused roles. Mark holds a BA (Hons) in European Marketing from Humberside University and a BA in Business Administration from Mercuria Business School.
