Colin Robertson is an experienced professional in planning and operations with a strong background in the contact centre industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director Global WFO at eBay since March 2021, Colin previously held strategic roles such as Planning Director at Sky from July 2013 to March 2021, and Director of Planning for Lloyds Banking Group Retail from January 2006 to July 2013, overseeing planning for contact centres across the UK. Earlier experience includes Head of Planning at Vertex Data Science and IT, Voice & Resource Manager at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where Colin managed voice and planning operations. Colin's career in the industry began at BSkyB between 1994 and 1997. Education was completed at Balwearie High School from 1986 to 1995.
