Beric Alleyne serves as the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at eBay since October 2017, focusing on transformative strategies to enhance organizational culture and external perceptions. Prior to eBay, Beric held multiple vice president roles at Goldman Sachs from 2011 to 2017, where responsibilities included leading initiatives in client analytics, strategic operations, and regulatory reform within Securities Operations. Earlier experience includes a senior managerial position at Trinidad Water and Sewerage Authority, overseeing a team in the development of a customer relationship management system. Beric earned an MBA in Strategy & Finance from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science in Computing & Information Systems from the University of London.
