Luke S. currently serves as the Outdoor Dining Supervisor at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, leading the al-fresco dining experience at Breeze Ocean Kitchen, where the establishment's OpenTable rating notably improved within a few months. Previously, Luke S. worked as a Pool and Beach Supervisor at the same resort, overseeing outdoor operations and cabana reservations. Additional experience includes serving at Le Bilboquet Palm Beach, Castle Hill Inn, and the Coast Guard House, where skills in fine dining and French cuisine were honed. Earlier roles involved equipment support at Harrington School of Communication and Media, brand strategy and content creation at Def Jam Recordings, and various positions in customer service and event photography.
