Vlad Posea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Eau de Web since July 2017, Vlad specializes in user requirements, process analysis, and prototype development, collaborating with European and UN agencies on environmental and cybersecurity initiatives. As a Program Manager for Stagii pe Bune, launched in 2004, Vlad has contributed to securing nearly 400 internship positions for Romanian IT students. Vlad also holds the position of Assistant Professor at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, teaching various computer science courses. Previous roles include Partner at Techmind Recruiting, where Vlad led research and development, and Visiting Professor at the University of Rochester. Vlad’s educational background includes a PhD and Master’s degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, as well as a DEA from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
