Vincenzo Serio has worked as a Research Data Analyst at Merian Research in 2017. In 2019, they joined Bio c' Bon Italia as a responsible for management control and merchandise flows. Since 2020, Serio has been working as a Business Controller at Erbert | EatRight Srl.

Vincenzo Serio completed their education in a few different institutions. Starting in 2015, they attended Sciences Po Grenoble, where they pursued a degree in Scienze politiche e governo for a year. Afterwards, they moved on to Università degli Studi di Milano where they earned a Laurea triennale in dottore in scienze politiche economiche e sociali from 2013 to 2016. Finally, they furthered their education at Università degli Studi di Milano, specializing in environmental and food economy (EFE) from 2016 to 2018.
