Bryan Groc is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in procurement and vendor management. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at PDQ Restaurants since January 2021, Bryan has previously held significant roles at Darden, where responsibilities included Senior Buyer for produce distribution, managing the Bakery Category and optimizing vendor partnerships across 54 Distribution Centers. Bryan's earlier experience includes positions at CHEP, focusing on dedicated fleet analysis and logistics coordination, as well as a buy-planner role at Lockheed Martin. Bryan holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
