Trupti Patkar is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various human resources roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Eaton, Trupti previously held significant positions at MAHLE, including Head Human Resource and Admin (India), Head HR Transformation for the Asia Pacific region, and a Board Member. Additional experience includes leadership roles at KPIT, where responsibilities spanned from Director HR to Group Manager and Sr. Manager in Global Corporate HR. Trupti holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from M S University and a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications from MIT, both obtained between 2001 and 2003.
